In response to a request from AFT Group, Eidetika Pty Ltd T/A Target China submits this proposal to deliver AFT Group Brand new website up to 20 pages (English version) service. The charge of this service is AUD $5,000 + GST.
Target China is a Sydney-based digital media corporation focusing on marketing strategies in relation to China and the Chinese community. We offer a wide range of promotion services both online & offline, such as oversea business registration, E-commerce solutions, China celebrities marketing, social media strategies, and offline promotion.
We are highly experienced in developing cross-border business solutions and increasing brand visibility. Since 2012, we have a consistent record of helping clients achieve their goals and promote their business to the public. Our creative strategies are well designed basing on data-driven research and our unique resources including China celebrities, local distributors and our wholly owned social media channels.

Server and Domain fees are charged yearly, and the fees are to be paid by AFT Group.

1. It is not necessary for any client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a client accepts a proposal then the client will be deemed to have satisfied itself as to the terms applying and to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
2. Unless agreed otherwise with the client, all design & digital services provided by TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd require a 7 working days payment in advance before design and development work on the platform construction is begun.
3. All TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd services must be used for lawful purposes only. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd from claims resulting from your use of our service if this use damages you or any other party.
4. TARGET CHINA will protect the privacy and confidentiality of the information that you, as our client, provide. The client retains the copyright to data, files, and graphics provided by the client, and grants TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd the rights to publish and use such material. The client must obtain permission and right to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party; The client is further responsible for granting TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd permission and rights for use of such copyrighted material and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd from any and any and all claims resulting from the client's negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions. A contract for website design and/or placement shall be regarded as a guarantee by The client to TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd that all such permissions and authorities have been obtained. Evidence of permissions and authorities may be requested.
5. Unless otherwise specified in the project quotation, this agreement assumes that any text will be provided by The client in electronic format and that all photographs and other graphics will be provided physically in high-quality print suitable for scanning or electronically in .gif, .jpg, .png or .bmp format. Although every reasonable attempt shall be made by TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd to return to The client any images or printed material provided for use in the creation, such return cannot be guaranteed.
6. TARGET CHINA Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any alterations caused by a third party occurring to the project once completed. Such alterations include, but are not limited to additions, modifications or deletions.
7. TARGET CHINA has the right to terminate this proposal immediately by giving written notice of termination if the client fails to pay the fees within 15 days of the due date. If The client wishes to cancel the project, it will notify TARGET CHINA two weeks in advance.
8. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The signature below of the authorised representative of The client, or payment of an advance fee, constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment online signifies an acceptance of these terms and conditions. Agreements on these terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Australia and its States or Territories as relevant.
